Established in 2005, BlueWaveNJ works to implement positive change in many ways, including helping to enact legislation, organizing and educating the public, and supporting progressive issues at all levels of government. Part of its effectiveness is in connecting members with other activists and organizations so that all can work together to support shared goals.

Established in 2009, BWPIF, a nonpartisan 501 (c) (3) organization, provides the skills, services, and resources necessary for the well-being and economic success of those most in need. BWPIF sponsors North Jersey Ceasefire’s calendar and scholarship programs as well as all of the Community Resource Center’s extensive programs and free services. These include our soughtafter and wildly successful after-school tutoring and summer youth empowerment programs, Essex County screenings for general assistance and food stamps, free clothing distributions as well as economic empowerment and training workshops.
