Join BlueWaveNJ as we Deliver our Petition to Congressman Frelinghuysen

BlueWaveNJ previously sent a letter to Congressman Frelinghuysen on behalf of 29 environmental groups and other organizations asking for a meeting to discuss the proposed defunding of the EPA. You can read that letter here. Perhaps to no one’s surprise, Rodney  didn’t respond despite our follow-up. We are holding a press conference/rally with other environmental groups at Frelinghuysen’s Morristown  office on Tuesday, 6/27 from noon until 1pm to criticize both his failure to step up and protect the EPA and his refusal to engage or listen to his constituents.

We  will also be presenting our petition not to defund the EPA with 35,000 signatures to a cardboard Rodney outside his office.

    We need Blue Wavers there!

Please RSVP here and let us know if you can attend.

Join BlueWaveNJ as we march in the Montclair Fourth of July Parade!

Marching in the parade is a lot fun! The town comes out in full force to cheer us on. We'll have lots of buttons, posters you can carry, and a big banner with our theme for the parade. Bring your own posters to carry or come early and make one there, we’ll have blank BlueWaveNJ posters you can use to create your own. We’ll have our own flatbed truck with music and lots of candy to throw at the crowd.

Wear your BlueWave t-shirt if you have one, we’ll have more t-shirts on hand for you in all sizes small thru extra-large.
And a new item - Baseball Caps with a BlueWaveNJ logo and Turn The Tide slogan. Donations will be welcomed.

We start lining up at 10am on South Fullerton Ave between Hawthorne and Union St.
The parade starts at 11:00am and ends somewhere around 1pm.

Hope to see you all there!

Happy Fourth of July - It’s time to TURN THE TIDE!
