BlueWaveNJ enthusiastically endorses the Democratic ticket in LD 16.

Senator Zwicker has been an essential partner for us and many of our fellow coalition members across the state. He brings a scientific approach to Trenton, ensuring facts and independent research drive policy, not politics. He is a leader among legislators in protecting our democracy and civil rights and a strong voice for economic and social justice.

Although Mitchelle Druilis is a first-time assembly candidate, she has decades of political experience working as the District Director for Tom Malinowski and Chief of Staff for Joe Egan. Based on her experience and questionnaire responses, we believe she will be an effective voice for all her constituents, and we look forward to working with her.

Assemblyman Roy Freiman has been an advocate for a number of BWNJ's legislative priorities, such as reproductive rights, additional school aid to strengthen our educational system, and the Child Tax Credit, one of the best tools for addressing childhood poverty. 

Elections matter. The Democratic team in LD 16 will work to expand and protect our democracy and improve conditions for their constituents. Their opponents will not.
